Striped Cavern Tomato

A fabulous hollow tomato for stuffing! It is shaped like a bell pepper and has beautiful orange and yellow striping along the outside. It has firm flesh and almost no juice, so it can easily be cored and stuffed with your favourite filling. I enjoy freezing the cored tomatoes and eating them all winter. This plant really enjoys the heat and shelter of a greenhouse or cover. Indeterminate, open pollinated.

Grown organically with love and tenderness in the Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada, in the summer of 2022. Germination tested December 2023. Minimum 30 seeds.
