Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped or delivered, or is ready for pickup. A unexpectedly high volume of orders may lead to delays in processing time. Postal service problems outside of our control may lead to delays in shipping time.

We use Canada Post to ship and are subject to their delivery times.

We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to anywhere within Canada for all orders.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our residential address, 45 Norburn Road, Lions Head. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions including phone number for determining pickup time.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.00 within the Northern Bruce Peninsula. For orders under $50.00, we charge $10.00 for local delivery within the Northern Bruce Peninsula.

Deliveries are made during standard business hours. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at meganrosefranken@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
