Sex Machine Cherry Tomato

This simple cherry tomato is one of the best varieties I have ever come across. It has astonishing cold tolerance as well as being incredibly vigorous, hardy, and disease-resistant. The cherry tomatoes it produces are large, juicy, sweet, and thin skinned. Excellent uniformity and resistance to cracking. Plants never stop flowering and are incredibly productive.

The seeds given to me to start this line were nameless, and so I have chosen this spicy name to match the amazing productivity of this variety.

These seeds have a small story attached to them. In 2024, I noticed my friend Janice's tomato plants seemed to be long outliving everyone else's, producing large harvests well into late fall when we had already had a couple soft frosts. She told me the seed line came from some "mystery tomatoes" her parents had found at a farmers market... in Florida! She also relayed that she had harvested buckets of them all summer, canning all the ones she couldn't eat with great results. I said I need some of this seed! I took a basket of tomatoes home, saved the seeds, and grew my own line of them in 2025 with equally impressive results.

Grown organically with love and tenderness in the Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada, in the summer of 2025. Germination tested December 2025. Minimum 30 seeds.
