Rezha Macedonia Hot Pepper

Rezha Macedonia Hot Pepper is a true oddball, characterized by woody striations and growing up to 10 inches in length. It is incredibly spicy and surprisingly versatile. If cooked fresh, this woody pepper becomes soft and blends into whatever you're making. If dried, it retains its red colour and can be used for chili flakes. Whatever you choose to do with it, it will certainly draw interest in your garden.

Rezha Macedonia peppers can be started 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost under a grow light. Remove any flowers that appear before transplanting. This plant is very sensitive to environmental conditions; for optimum production, grow under row cover or in a greenhouse.

Grown organically with love and tenderness in the Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada, in the summer of 2023, isolated from cross pollination. Germination tested. Minimum 30 seeds.
