Forest Green Curly Parsley

Did you know that this cold-hardy parsley stays green all year, even beneath the snow? That is why I like to think of curly parsley as so much more than a simple garnish- it is one of the few plants that offers a burst of fresh greenery in the depths of winter.

Growing/Harvesting Tips:

• There are lots of way to get this plant started in your garden- spring or fall transplants, or scatter seeding early in the year and thinning later.
• Parsley will start to make seeds in its second year of growth. Allowing seed heads like this to dry and scatter in your garden will result in healthy parsley popping up here and there every year.
• Try drying parsley in your dehydrator- a sprinkle of dried parsley makes a great topping for casseroles and other baked dishes.

Grown organically with love and tenderness in the Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada, in the summer of 2024. Germination tested December 2024. Minimum 30 seeds.
