Cobourg Tomato

This endangered heirloom tomato was grown in partnership with Seeds of Diversity as a part of their 2024 community seed grow-out. The incredibly sturdy plants produce beautiful bright red tomatoes with gentle ridging and yellow shoulders. Tomatoes hang and ripen nicely on the plant, with some size variation to produce well balanced clusters of ripening tomatoes. Be a part of history by growing this rare and endangered tomato!

This tomato is semi-determinate and will do best if staked and pruned to 2-3 leaders.

Grown organically with love and tenderness in the Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada, in the summer of 2024. Germination tested December 2024. Minimum 30 seeds.
